The Student Advisory Committee works to represent the concerns, interests, and perspectives of the student body to the district administration, serving as a link between the students and the School Committee, Superintendent, and Principals. The Rockport Public Schools Student Advisory Committee is made up of students who are present and well standing academic members of the school community. These students per state law are elected to serve the School Committee as student liaisons to advocate for student’s needs, rights, and concerns.

The Student Advisory Committee consists of four members directly elected from the Rockport High School body.
